About Us
My name is John W. Carney and I am the Executive Director. I am a Board Certified Professional Counselor, Professional Life Coach, and Personnel Development Specialist with 20 years successful experience working with several thousand individuals, families and small-to-large-scale organizations in multiple industries. While directing professional counseling centers covering 2 states with multiple therapists, delivering a regional radio show and a national teaching/training circuit, I ran hundreds of seminars, workshops and retreats for people truly wanting answers for life. I have an advanced Masters in Counseling from Regent University ('87) in Virginia Beach, VA and a Bachelors in Engineering from Texas A&M University ('83) in College Station, TX. I am married and have four wonderful children. My passion is to help those struggling in life to no longer settle for less and to achieve things they've only dreamed of.
My name is Maricella Carney and I am a Certified Counselor Intern. I have been in the personnel development industry for 10 years. My skills and experience include training, equipping, developing and leading individuals, families and organizations to see successful life transitions occur. As a leader in people-helping industries, I have effectively seen dynamic change in hundreds of peoples lives over a decade of transition. My passion involves bringing hope, help, and direction to people who desire more than their present life has to offer. My heart is to be of direct assistance in meeting the needs of those who come for a life changing support system. I enjoy learning and growing in my own walk to discover and better understand life's unpredictable circumstances in order to bring that knowledge to those struggling.

We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver the best service in the industry. We are located on the West side of Houston, Texas, off Greenhouse Rd., between Clay and Keith Harrow. We do accept in-office appointments in the evenings. If you prefer to work on-line we can customize Coaching Consultations with a pre-arranged agreement. Even though our available hours are limited due to the fullness of our schedules at this point, you will still receive quality, individualized attention.
